Welcome to Coordinator's Corner. These sessions are geared towards young professionals or those new to the industry. We will offer four sessions to help you build your skills and expand your network. Our panel of experienced marketers and business development professionals from the AEC industry will share their knowledge with you to help you succeed in your role in the AEC industry.

In this session, Eric Anderson will present on Time Management.

In the dynamic realm of marketing, mastering time management is the key to success for marketing teams. With a myriad of deadlines, deliverables, and projects on the horizon, a marketing team equipped with efficient time management skills can effortlessly stay ahead of the competition. The goal is to achieve productivity without burning the midnight oil every night and sacrificing weekends. Embracing the reality that not everything can be accomplished and that catching up entirely is unlikely, we must empower ourselves by strategically prioritizing daily tasks. By reimagining our approach to work, we can bring out our best selves in the professional arena.

This discussion will review the challenges of managing your workload, how to accomplish tasks more efficiently, and offer tips and tricks on prioritization to make your life easier.

Eric Anderson, AICP, CPSM
Eric is the Director of Marketing & Business Development at KZF Design. Technically trained as an urban planner, He applies his ability to create broad visions for communities to the strategies of his firm’s marketing and business development practices – resulting in a 40% growth in company workload over the last three years. He has more than 15 years of experience and is a former Greater Cincinnati SMPS chapter president. Eric is a graduate of University of Cincinnati’s College of DAAP and President of the Ohio Chapter of the American Planning Association.
