Join us for a hard hat tour of Siddall Hall at the University of Cincinnati!

The $85 million renovation of Siddall Hall, an 11-floor student housing building, will put the student experience at the center. First opened in 1964, Siddall Hall housed up to 570 residents. The renovation will reconfigure rooms and spaces on all floors. Future residents will have access to new a common lounge space, study areas, laundry, kitchen and a housing office suite.

In combination with the interior changes, there will be structural and technical modifications, and new finishes put onto the building’s frame. The mid-life renovation will also replace mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, fire alarm, technology, and vertical transportation systems and equipment.

Tour attendees are required to wear a hard hat, vest, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses and pants (no dresses). A safety waiver will also need to be signed prior to arriving on site.

Parking is available at U Square West garage or U Square at the Loop garage.

Tour capacity is limited. Once the tour is at full capacity, participants will be waitlisted.
