Effective task management is critical for AEC coordinators who frequently juggle multiple proposals at once. From reaching out to consultants, to getting content from your in-house subject matter experts to onboarding new team members, effective task management is key to proposal submission success. This session will focus on key strategies to help streamline communication, ensure timely delivery of materials, and foster productive collaboration.  We’ll also discuss the importance of establishing clear workflows and processes to help drive project success without overwhelming team members.
