Join us for a Hard Hat Tour of Good Sam's West Tower!

Don't miss your opportunity to explore a major healthcare expansion shaping the Cincinnati market.
Attendees will tour the five-story West Tower currently under construction and hear directly from project leaders Rob Hudepohl and Jason Louis of Turner Construction Company, Adam Knaack of Schaefer, Lynn Belhumeur of GBBN, and Doug Woeste of The Kleingers Group.

Gain insight into the planning, design, and construction of this 168,000-square-foot addition, part of a $240 million master plan modernizing the campus. Closed-toed shoes required. Please bring PPE if you have it, as extras are limited.Construction is underway for a new West Tower at TriHealth's Good Samaritan Hospital, which will include a new, larger emergency department, an enhanced surgical institute, and other clinical services. This five-story, 168,000-square-foot tower is part of a larger $240 million master plan to modernize the campus, with completion expected in 2028.

*Please make sure to wear closed-toed shoes, and bring PPE, as we will have limited extras on hand.

Project Tour Leaders:


Rob Hudepohl, Project Manager, Turner Construction Company
Rob Hudepohl is a Project Manager for Turner Construction Company on the TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Master Facilities Plan Project. He joined Turner after earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and has since worked primarily in field roles, with a strong focus on healthcare projects. Rob is actively involved in various community organizations in the Cincinnati community.


Jason Louis, Lead Superintendent, Turner Construction Company
Jason Louis is a Lead Superintendent for Turner Construction Company on the TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Master Facilities Plan Project. He joined Turner after earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and has worked primarily in field construction roles on education and healthcare facilities.


Adam Knaack, PhD, PE, SE, Project Leader | Principal, Schaefer
Adam believes in developing collaborative partnerships by working with external team members to deliver efficient projects that accommodate owners’ needs. He embraces innovative solutions to complex structural problems to provide the flexibility needed to achieve the team’s vision. Adam is Schaefer’s project manager for TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Master Facilities Plan, and he has designed several other healthcare projects within the Greater Cincinnati market.

Adam earned a Doctor of Philosophy + Master of Science, Civil Engineering from University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He’s licensed in Ohio, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois + Idaho.


Lynn Belhumeur, CPCH, Associate | Designer, GBBN
Lynn is a natural collaborator. She is deft at quickly establishing a rapport with clients, consultants, and designers that leads to open communication and creative problem solving. She understands how flexible, adaptable, and scalable architecture can be combined with site-specific design opportunities to help organizations grow into their futures. Originally from Mauritius, Lynn moved to the US to study architecture. 


Doug Woeste, Southwest Ohio Institutional Group Leader, The Kleingers Group
Doug Woeste, PE, is the Civil Engineering Project Manager on the TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Expansion, where Kleingers is providing civil and traffic engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture design services. Doug leads all Kleingers’ healthcare projects in the region and understands the unique demands of this sector. He has 16 years of experience in both design and construction and is a licensed professional engineer in six states. Since joining the Kleingers Group six years ago, Doug has managed complex projects across the healthcare, commercial, higher education, heavy highway, and parks and recreation sectors.
