What earned a spot in your 2027 plan? What needs a rethink? And what are you ready to leave behind?

Join SMPS Indiana and peers from Northeast Ohio, Kentucky, Southeast Michigan, and Greater Cincinnati for a candid coffee conversation about what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Bring a bold opinion, a lesson learned, or an idea you’d love to try.

Let’s talk about:

• Strategy and goals: What moved from the strategic plan into action?

• Trade shows and networking: Which events were worth the time and investment?

• Marketing and BD: What helped build relationships, reach clients, or win work?

• Proposals and pursuits: What made your process stronger, and what slowed you down?

• Looking ahead: What will you keep, change, or ditch in 2027?

We’ll break into small groups to swap experiences and compare ideas, then come back together to share the highlights. No presentation to prepare. Just bring your perspective and leave with fresh ideas for 2027.

SMPS members who register and attend will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card after the event. Nonmembers are welcome to join; gift cards are reserved for SMPS members.
